Zelda Medley on Violin

The violin is a beautiful instrument with an even more beautiful sound. It’s the favorite string instrument of many people out there, myself included. When people put Zelda and the violin together with just the right amount of skill, it becomes the very definition of epic. ViolinTay from YouTube has created a charming Zelda medley as requested by her Facebook fan page. Her fans chose well, and she has done a fantastic job. The medley includes the main theme, Saria’s song, Zelda’s Lullaby, and a few more familiar tunes. Check out the video after the jump and identify them all!

For those of you who made the jump, here’s a fun fact. STL Ocarina, a web site that sells ocarinas, is giving away a free 12 hole Zelda tenor ocarina on ViolinTay’s video! To enter, all you have to do is leave a comment on the video (on YouTube, not here), and ViolinTay will be randomly selecting a user to receive the ocarina. The contest is going on until Friday, March 9, so don’t delay to enter! STL is where I got my own ocarina (they’re giving away the same one I have, and it is a good ocarina indeed), so you don’t need to worry about quality. There’s nothing to lose, so why not enter?
