Zelda Fanart Spotlight – Zelda: Skyward Romance

For today’s Zelda Fanart Spotlight, we are going to be looking at a piece of fanart by deviantart artist, finni. The title of the artwork is: Zelda: Skyward Romance. Of course as hinted by the title, this fanart shows the romance that blossoms between our Hero, Link, and the young Goddess Reborn, Zelda. It has the couple looking out into the open skies before them while they are standing on a diving bridge in Skyloft holding each others’ hands. Link and Zelda’s birds are flying in the air above them while a wisp of air located beside the birds curls around to form into the shape of a heart.

Aww, how sweet.

I really like this picture. I love it’s simplicity and you can easily tell what the two characters emotions are for each other regardless of whether or not you know who they are.
