Zelda 3DS v. A Link to the Past overworld comparison video

Just how similar is Zelda 3DS compared to a link to the past? With the recent the footage given from the previous Nintendo Direct, YouTube channel GameXplain reveal a brief inspection of both the Zelda 3DS and A Link to the Past over world in comparison. And my, how similar they are.

With nothing more than a few bushes and stumps added, it seems nearly identical compared to Link to the Past, only coated with a smooth 3D touch.
Notice some minor differences? If you look closely in Zelda 3DS, it seems like the Buzz Blobs had yet to electrify Link. That may be a misconception, however it could mean slight changes in various enemies and objects as well. Though Zelda 3D will have a different story, perhaps this means there will be new areas, music, caves or even characters to be discovered.
