1. Hyrule Historia
I have never been as excited for any piece of merchandise as I was for Hyrule Historia. This “Zelda Bible,” if you will, was something many fans had anticipated for quite a long time, perhaps even without realizing it. An official timeline; answers to important questions; concept art left, right, and center; and more. I had a great time reading it, talking about it with friends, and reading it again to take in all the important details to this series I love so much. And now, whenever I pass by my dresser, I am happy and proud to pass by my displayed Historia, because I see it as the prime example of how deep and detailed the Zelda series is — i.e., why I love it so darn much.

4. Ocarina of Time OST

1. Wind Waker HD Ganondorf Figurine
Aside from the Hyrule Historia, which in my opinion is one of the greatest video game books out there, my favourite piece of merch is without a doubt my Ganondorf figurine from the Wind Waker HD limited edition bundle. Sure, the plastic dome is a bit ugly; but it’s removable, and the stance and detail of the figure perfectly encapsulates (literally, in the dome) one of my favourite characters and boss battles of all time.

1. Collector’s Edition Puzzle
I normally purchase anything titled ‘”Collector’s Edition.” All these things are keepsakes that I’ll have for a very long time and I feel that my nieces and nephews — and perhaps my own children if I decide to have any — will also really enjoy them for years to come. I have all the other Zelda puzzles, but the Collector’s Edition version of the Hyrule Atlas is my favorite. I completed it, used glue to keep all the pieces together, and then framed it before hanging it proudly on my living room wall.

5. The Legend of Zelda Journal
4. Wind Waker Link Nendoroid
3. Dark Horse Twilight Princess Link statue
2. Prima Guide Treasure Box Set
1. Hyrule Historia
I have each and every one of these goodies and many more! There was absolutely no question for me which would land in the #1 spot! I love each and every one of my Zelda treasures; unlike most fans, I do not have one specific area where I display my goodies. They are all around my house interspersed with some of my other obsessions — that way, no matter where I am in my home, there is always something Zelda-related nearby.
