Tailpasaran
Its tail is its weak point!

Tailpasaran is a worm-like enemy that appears only in Ocarina of Time. Tailpasarans are long enemies with glowing electrified bodies and invulnerable hook-shaped heads. They can be found exclusively Inside Jabu-Jabu's Belly. They move only by floating and attack Link by direct contact, which electrocutes him. The only safe way to attack them is by firing either the Boomerang or the Slingshot towards their tails. They are also pretty easy to avoid, so that may be a better option.

Trivia

  • Tailpasaran is similar in appearance with Pincer from Link's Awakening. They may have been based on that enemy.
