A Flying Jar is a magical container that tries to fly up and hurt Link whenever he comes near. If, while approaching a jar, it reveals itself to be evil porcelain, just use a shield. Many times, a Flying Jar is ineffective, due to the fact that it might hold a Recovery Heart, completely negating the effect of the attack.
