Osfla is the apprentice of Sahasrahla. He beleves himself to be the Hero reborn, but as it turns out he is one of the decendants of the Seven Sages. He is first encounterd at the Eastern Palace and his painting is given to Link by Thief Girl after saving her from Thievs Hideout
