King Zora's Chamber, also referred to as the Royal Chamber, is a location in Ocarina of Time.
Ocarina of Time
King Zora's Chamber is the throne room of King Zora De Bon XVI at Zora's Domain. It leads to Zora's Fountain, where Lord Jabu-Jabu resides. If Link shows Ruto's Letter to King Zora, he will become worried about his daughter, moving aside so Link can enter the fountain and save Ruto.[1]
When Link is an adult, King Zora has been frozen with Red Ice, which can only be melted with Blue Fire. After Link saves King Zora from the Red Ice, he thanks him for his help and rewards him with the Zora Tunic.[2]

But since that stranger, Ganondorf, came here, Lord Jabu-Jabu has been a little green around the gills... The evidence seems clear. Of course, you'll go find Ruto. You can pass through here to the altar of Lord Jabu-Jabu. I'll keep this letter. You keep the bottle it was in. Take it respectfully!" — King Zora, Ocarina of Time.
