Bandaga is a Gerudo Soldier found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
After the Riju of Gerudo Town Main Quest is completed and the Sand Shroud dispelled, Bandaga is one of the Gerudo soldiers who are stationed at Lookout Landing to help defend it against attacks.
She guards the eastern gate alongside Mondi. When Link speaks to her, she thanks him for getting Gerudo Town back to normal, and tells him it's their turn to do the same for his home. If he speaks to her again, she suggests buying gems in Goron City, where they "aren't too pricey", because most of the gems they use come from Death Mountain; once the Demon King is defeated, she is thinking about travelling there herself.
