Fun with Bombs is a book found within the Village Library in Link's Awakening. Like most of other books found within the Library, this book gives Link tutorial information - in this case, how to properly use Bombs. The book explains that Link can not only drop bombs, but he can also pick them up and toss them.

"'After you put a Bomb down, you can pick it up by pressing the Button again. You can then throw it by pushing the Button one more time. Did you know that?'"
The book explains Link must pick up and place down the bombs using the button bombs are assigned to.
Link's Awakening (Switch)

The 2019 version is little different, reflecting only that actions are assigned permanently to the Ⓐ button, rather than the item-specific button.
