Music Puzzles are puzzles unique to Cadence of Hyrule. By reciting the notes that flash when the player steps on the play button, the player can wake up various characters under Octavo's spell. Each puzzle is based on a classic Zelda song.

While most of the puzzles have no set pace, the one in the Lost Woods does. The player is given the metronome that appears on screens with enemies, and must move on each beat in order to correctly perform the song.
