Round-eared Humans are an obscure race in The Legend of Zelda series. It's most noticeable appearance is in the beginnings of Twilight Princess, where most Ordonians are Round-eared.

"Human"

Human is a term used as an umbrella for the following races: the Hylians, Gerudo, Kokiri, Lokomo, Cobble, Wind Tribe, Ho Ho Tribe, and round-eared Humans; the Interlopers were said to have been Hylian,[1] so they would also classify as Human. Others like the Koroks and Twili evolved from Humans but take on other forms. They are all thought to be descended originally from the Oocca.[2][3] Sheikah look similar, but in truth are unrelated.[4][5][6]
