Spiked Roller Echo is one of the many Echoes from Echoes of Wisdom.
Echoes of Wisdom

Spiked Rollers can be found in a side-scrolling cave in Hyrule Field, slightly east of Kakariko Village and on the edge of the Eternal Forest, and Zelda can scan them with the Tri Rod to learn the Spiked Roller echo. While they are sometimes awkward to use outside of side-scrolling areas due to their width (five times the width of a Wooden Box), they can be very useful to both briefly disable and damage powerful enemies such as Sword Moblin Lv. 3, especially if used repeatedly. They do, however, cost 4▼ of Tri's power while summoned.
