Below is a listing of all 40 Heart Pieces found in the Echoes of Wisdom for Nintendo Switch.
Location: Suthorn Beach (See on Map)
Conditions: Escape Hyrule Castle
Heart Piece #1: After first arrive at Suthorn Beach, Zelda will find the Piece of Heart on a ledge near the water. Zelda can climb up onto the island just to the east. From there, she can place several Echoes on the water, using them on a bridge to reach the heart piece.

Conditions: Escape Hyrule Castle
Heart Piece #2: While traversing Suthorn Beach, there is a cave along the northern wall on the higher ledge. Within the cave, there are several Wooden Boxes on the ground, with the heart piece found just beside it. Climb the wall and use an Echo to drop a Rock or other heavy object, which will break the crates. Climb down to get the heart piece.

Conditions: Reach Suthorn Forest
Heart Piece #3: Inside a cave at the northeast part of Suthorn Forest, east of the initial house that Impa guides you towards. Zelda will need to walk around the cave, defeating the Caromadillo, and then using the Caromadillo Echo to break boxes. She can then climb walls to reach the heart piece.

Heart Piece #4: In Suthorn Village, Zelda can purchase a Piece of Heart for 80 Rupees at the Suthorn Village Shop.

Conditions: Reach Jabul Waters
Heart Piece #5: Found at the very far north end of River Zora Village. Zelda will need to use Echoes to climb further up, northeast of where the houses are. At the north end of the region, dive into the water to get the heart piece.

Heart Piece #6: On a pillar beside Lord Jabu-Jabu's Den which is revealed after the Sealed Jabul Waters rift is mended. Use Old Bed Echoes or Water Block Echoes to reach it.

Heart Piece #7: In the south east of Zora Cove, due south of the underwater entrance to the cave from Rampage in Zora Cove, there is a cracked rock on the sea floor. Use a Bombfish Echo to blow it up (if necessary, use a sword swipe in Swordfighter Form to activate it), revealing a Piece of Heart underneath.

Conditions: Complete Still Missing Quest
Heart Piece #8: Rewarded after defeating Bori, the boss of the Wrecked Ship. This is found at the very end of The Zappy Shipwreck side quest, which begins in Seesyde Village.

Conditions: Complete Suthorn Ruins
Heart Piece #9: In the northern part of the Gerudo Desert, due north of the Oasis, the heart piece can be found on a higher ledge in the quicksand. To the northwest of the heart piece, there is a platform Zelda can climb up. From there she can place a series of Old Bed Echoes to head east, and then place multiple Old Bed Echoes heading south, climbing above the heart piece. Afterwards, drop down to collect the piece of heart.

Conditions: Acquire Wind Cannon Echo, Gustmaster Echo or Tornando Echo
Heart Piece #10: Found at the far southwest corner of Gerudo Desert. There are mounds of sand that can be blown away with a Wind Cannon, Gustmaster or Tornando. Clear the sand to find a piece of heart.

Conditions: Reach Gerudo Town
Heart Piece #11: Enter the Gerudo Palace and exit on the top floor using the staircase. From there use Echoes to climb up north to find a ladder leading into a cave. Navigate through the cave and break the Wooden Boxes found. Stand on the lowest level and use Bind with the large rock. Jump up and walk beneath the rock to reach the Piece of Heart.

Conditions: Defeat Red & Green Lanmolas
Heart Piece #12: Defeat the Blue Lanmola in the eastern Gerudo Desert, north-west of the entrance from Suthorn Prairie, as part of the Wild Sandstorms quest. Once beaten, it will leave a Piece of Heart behind.Location: Summit Cave (See on Map)

Heart Piece #N: In the A Mountainous Mystery side quest, defeat the Volcanic Talus

Heart Piece #14: Located on the far west side of Eldin Volcano is a small platform which can be reached by either jumping down from above or build up (Building up would require Cloud Echo).

Heart Piece #N: Found on a rock in the middle of a lava lake surrounded by enemies, east of Lizalfos Burrow. Using two Lava Rocks would be ideal to reach this.

Heart Piece #8: The heart piece can be found on top of a pillar in the Suthorn Prairie. While there are multiple ways to reach the heart piece, the simplest way is to use a Platboom Echo to summon a Platboom in the water. Jump on it and ride it up to the heart piece. It can be obtained earlier by using Water Block Echoes or even a combination of Table Echoes, Wooden Box Echoes, Decorative Shrub Echoes and Trampoline Echoes to reach one of the surrounding pillars, then using some Old Bed Echoes to reach the central column.

Heart Piece #9: There is a small tree stump in Hyrule Field, located just east of the Hyrule Ranch. The piece of heart is easily obtainable by first jumping on a small object.

Heart Piece #12: At the west side of Hyrule Castle Town this heart piece can be found upon a pillar in the ruin. Build up to it using what you have available. A good way is to use the tree just north of the pillar to get up via Trampolines to reach your Piece of Heart.

Heart Piece #10: At the far west end of Hyrule Field, well west of Hyrule Ranch, there are a series of pillars in the water. Zelda can use her Echoes to climb up to the middle and collect the heart piece.

Conditions: Complete the Let's Play a Game Quest
Heart Piece #19: When Zelda enters the Eastern Temple, it will begin the Let's Play a Game quest. At the end of the optional dungeon, Zelda will encounter Smog. As a reward for defeating Smog, the boss will drop a piece of heart.

Conditions: Reach Seesyde Village
Heart Piece #11: At the west end of Zora Cove, there is a cave on the land. Inside there is a Hydrozol, which Zelda can defeat to learn a Hydrozol Echo. Later in the cave, there is a room with multiple torches. Use the Hydrozols to unlight all the torches, causing the doors to open. The door above leaves to a Piece of Heart.

Heart Piece #24: Speak to Euca, the young boy at the southwest end of Hyrule Castle Town. Show him a Gizmol automaton and he'll reward Zelda with a Piece of Heart.

Heart Piece #16: Located on the far west side of Hyrule Field and below the start of Eldin Volcano Trails (right next to previous heart piece). There is a large rock which can be lifted up (the rock needs to be lifted roughly 2 blocks of height to show a buried Piece of Heart). This can be done with a single Trampoline Echo and pulling away the rock.
