Ice Wizzrobe Echo is one of the many Echoes from Echoes of Wisdom.

"A mighty caster of ice magic, this creature warps across the sky, freezing enemies with frigid blasts."
After Zelda defeats a Ice Wizzrobe, a Shimmer appears, which Zelda can examine to learn the Ice Wizzrobe Echo.
The Ice Wizzrobe can be found on top of Hebra Mountain
If you arent prepared for a ranged battle the Ice Wizzrobe could be proving to be an annoying enemy to defeat.
The Wizzrobe family, Fire Wizzrobe, Ice Wizzrobe and Thunder Wizzrobe all have the same pattern both as foe and friend.
They will engage with a charging a magic slash and teleport away afterwards. This attack is stopped if you hit mid charge often resulting in another teleport.
The area the Ice Wizzrobe lives in surrounded by cold water making the area slightly challenging to fight in, falling down in the water will result possible damage.
Being hit by the Attack of the Ice Wizzrobe will freeze you solid (often also pushing you down into the water adding to the damage).
