Volvagia is the boss that appears in Echoes of Wisdom.
Echoes of Wisdom
Volvagia appears as the boss within the Eldin Temple. The boss will emerge from the ground and fly around the room before diving back down into the Lava below. The battlefield is surrounded by lava, with small platforms scattered around. Volvagia will pop his head up from some of the preset holes in the platforms where it will then shoot fireballs out towards Zelda. Volvagia will also occasionally charge up and shoot a fire beam towards Zelda. If Zelda gets close to the boss, it will try to strike Zelda with its head.
Volvagia will also charge up its green orb and send the large spherical attack towards Zelda. This attack moves very slowly and Zelda can leap across platforms to avoid it.
Strategy
When Volvagia appears out of one of the small eyes, Zelda can deal damage using Echoes that have projectile attacks. Additionally, she can change into her Swordfighter Form and launch Arrow attacks at Volvagia.
Zelda can also use Bind on the orb that is on Volvagia and then pull it away. This will stun the boss, preventing it from attacking for a few moments. After a number of attacks, Volvagia will be defeated, leaving behind a Heart Container.
