The Hero of the Sky Set is an armor set found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. It is designed after Link's Knight's Uniform from Skyward Sword.

Breath of the Wild

The Hero of the Sky Set is obtained by using the amiibo Rune to scan the Link (Skyward Sword) amiibo. These amiibo can only be scanned once per day (real day, not in-game day). When scanned, the amiibo Rune drops various items, with a small chance of dropping a chest containing one piece of the Hero of the Sky Set.

The Hero of the Sky set can be found normally within the Depths in Tears of the Kingdom. Once found, either in the world or via amiibo (which is still an option), they can be repurchased from a Depths Bargainer Statue for 400 Poes.
