The photo first becomes available after Link has completed the Woodfall Temple.

The photo shows Link climbing up a tree on a road to Southern Swamp.

Solution

• Exit Clock Town to the south and then head towards Southern Swamp
• After leaving Termina Field, Link will be on a road to the swamp where there is a large tree in the center of the road
• There are some Bad Bats flying around, which can hinder Link's ability to climb the tree
• Use the Hero's Bow to defeat the enemies
• With the enemies defeated, climb the tree to get the Piece of Heart
