Shoei Okano, also known as just SHOEI, is a game designer who has worked for Capcom since the early 1990s. He has worked on a number of games in the Street Fighter series, as well as other Capcom fighting games. He worked on two of the Capcom developed Zelda titles, including Four Swords and The Minish Cap.
