Warding Dark Stew is a piece of food found in Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Warding Dark Stew grants temporary Gloom Resistance, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may enhance the effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Dark Clump, any meat or poultry, and any fish with no conflicting stat-boosting effect. If an ingredient with a different effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Dark Stew once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
