Mondi is a character found in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Mondi is a guard at Lookout Landing. He can be found over at the east gate. When link first arrives at the Looking Landing he is excited and suprised to see Link. He suggests that Link check in with Purah.[1][2]
He talks about Decayed weapons and mentions that he combined a Long Stick with a Rock to create a more powerful weapon.
