This is located inside Upland Zorana Byroad , near Ralis Pond. Head to the right and go past the small pond. Once the iron gate at the end is lifted with Ultrahand, the water will drain. A hidden passage containing the chest will be revealed.

When looking at the raised gate, the hidden passage is to the right under the raised platform, behind the staircase.
