Use a Balloon (and any source of flame of your choosing) on one of the nearby wooden planks to lift the Korok up to their friend on the Great Plateau. If you lack a fire source, another method is to carry the Korok up the path to the north until you find breakable rocks against the wall. If you break these, or if you broke them earlier, the water will drain and will reveal a path that will take you up the cliff.
