Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Skyview Towers found throughout Hyrule.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower is located in the Typhlo Ruins north of the Great Hyrule Forest. Whereas they ruins were shrouded in darkness in Breath of the Wild, the ruins are completely visible now.

Activating the Tower

When you first arrive to the tower, there will be a number of floating Zonai platforms floating around the tower, with Archer Constructs on top of them. Approach the tower and speak to a Rito named Billson at the terminal, who says that the tower isn't functioning but he isn't sure why. Climb the side of the tower, avoiding or fighting the Archer Constructs stationed on the floating platform, and use Ultrahand to move the platform blocking the top of the tower. Return to the bottom of the tower and speak to Billson once more and he will leave, allowing you to activate the tower via the terminal.
