The Legend of Zelda: Encyclopedia, released in March 2017 in Japan and in June 2018 in the United States, features an updated history of Hyrule, a database of names, and a game by game archive of information.

Throughout the book, there are many minor errors that were missed when the book was initially printed and known errors are printed below.

• Page 162 - Amy is listed as appearing in Majora's Mask HD instead of Majora's Mask 3D
• Page 162 - Amy is listed as appearing in Oracle of Ages, when in fact Amy actually appears in Oracle of Seasons
• Page 164 - The Bari image has a picture of a Biri instead of a Bari
• Page 167 - The Biri listing does not include A Link to the Past, despite being mentioned in the Bari entry.
• Page 167 - The Biri image has a picture of a Bari from Oracle of Ages instead of a Biri.
• Page 167 - The Biri is mentioned as being in the Oracle Series, but only appears in Oracle of Ages.
