The Weird Egg is a quest item from Ocarina of Time. When Malon is singing, Link walks to her and talks to her, she will then ask Link to wake up her father Talon for her. She then gives Link the Weird Egg. which later hatches and Link will hold up it besides Talon and wake him up. Talon then later rapidly runs away to Lon Lon Ranch.
