The Fire Medallion is the Medallion you receive after completing the Fire Temple in Ocarina of Time. Once you defeat Volvagia, Darunia will appear and will tell you that he is thankful for your help. Afterwards, he will award you with the long awaited Fire Medallion. After you get this you will need to proceed to the Ice Cavern.
