Scorching is an effect that is applied to food in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
"Grants a [x]-level attack enhancement in hot places."
— In-game description
Scorching meals are created when Link cooks Fire Fruit in a Cooking Pot as part of a meal (with no conflicting effects). There is no "Scorching Elixir".
Scorching meals & elixirs give Link a temporary Hot Weather Attack effect; similar to Attack Up, this increases the damage he deals to enemies for the duration, but unlike Attack Up, it applies only in hot areas. It does not include Heat Resistance.
