The Dragon Spear is the weapon class used by Volga in Hyrule Warriors. Volga fights using a long spear, fire magic, and his shapeshifting abilities, transforming parts of his body into dragon form for devastating attacks.

| Base String? | Volga performs a series of seven attacks; He swings left, swings right, smashes down in front of him, jumps forward while spinning his spear around him, performs a circular attack as he lands, summons a flaming geyser in front of him, and dashes forward with a flaming thrust attack. |
| C1? | Volga dashes forward while spinning his spear ahead, before jumping up and slamming down to create a fiery geyser around him. This attack cannot be guarded against by enemy captains or warriors. |
| C2? | Volga dashes forward with a fiery upward swing, knocking enemies into the air. |
| C3? | Volga changes his left arm into dragon form and thrusts forward, sending out three vertical projectiles. |
