Zelda can scan one of the small, petrified cloud which shimmer in Stilled Hebra Mountain to learn the cloud echo. They act as small platforms, which she can only stand on for approximately two seconds before they break up; however, they do not need to be attached to any surface. Each costs 2▼ of Tri's power to use.
