Trampoline Echo is one of the many Echoes from Echoes of Wisdom.

Echoes of Wisdom

"This children's toy of springy cloth on a wooden frame lets you jump higher than usual if you hop onto it."

Echoes of Wisdom in-game description

Zelda can learn the trampoline echo by scanning a young boy's trampoline in Suthorn Village with the Tri Rod. It is the same height as a Table Echo, allowing Zelda to jump on top of it unaided, and bounces her twice her normal jump height on top of that, which means she can bounce onto a stack three jump units high (e.g., a Wooden Box Echo on top of a table echo), but not four (e.g., a Decorative Shrub Echo).

It does not stack with the power of the Frog Ring, which increases her normal jump height to two units while worn, and as such only bounces Zelda the same height she could jump anyway while wearing it.
