Rampage in Zora Cove is a Main Quest in Echoes of Wisdom.
Overview
After mending the Stilled Upper Zora River rift and saving Dradd and his River Zora subject, word comes that Lord Jabu-Jabu is now attacking the Sea Zora Village in Zora Cove. The Sea Zora Chief Kushara swims home at once, followed by Dradd. In Zora Cove, Zelda finds Dradd trying and failing to move a giant rock blocking the entrance to an island cave where Kushara and a Sea Zora child are trapped. Zelda swims down, and through a monster-filled passage to the place where they are. There, Kushara is comforting the child, and knew about the passage but didn't want to take a child through the monsters. Zelda manages to move the biggest rock blocking the entrance with bind, after which Dradd breaks through; and plays his horn to help break the child out of their panic attack.
With the two Zora chieftains having helped each other's subjects, and recognising each other's virtues once again, they agree to work together. After talking to Zelda, and recognising their debt to her, they agree to play music to open the door in Lord Jabu-Jabu's Den for her.

- Complete the Chaos at River Zora Village
Walkthrough
- After completing the Chaos at River Zora Village, travel to Zora Cave. Make your way to the east side of the cove to begin the quest.
- Chief Kushara is stuck inside a cave, with a much of rubble blocking the entrance.
- In the water, just to the east, there is an alternate entrance into this cave. Dive down and swim into the cave.
- Travel through the dark underwater area and resurface to find Kushara. Use Bind to move the massive boulder.
- After a scene where the Chiefs compliment one another, the quest will be completed. The two have run off the Lord Jabu-Jabu's Den.
