The Royal Hyrule Library is a library in Hyrule Town in The Minish Cap.

The Minish Cap

To enter the Temple of Droplets, Link must speak with a Picori named Librari who lives in the library. However, to reach Librari, Link must hunt down some citizens of Hyrule who haven't returned their library books yet. After the books have been properly shelved, Link can climb the books as a Minish and speak with Librari.
