The Submarine Chart is a special chart in The Wind Waker.
Overview
The Submarine Chart can be found at the Boating Course, located on square south of the Forest Haven. Link can climb onto the larger island. From there, play the Wind's Requiem and shift the wind to the north. Then leap off the edge and use the Deku Leaf to glide over to the smaller island. Drop down the hole to find an underground grotto with some Miniblin.
The enemies in this cave are endless. So just defeat enough of them to by some time. Then use your Boomerang to hit all three of the switches in this room, causing a treasure chest to appear. Open up the chest to get the Submarine Chart.
As its name suggests the submarine chart will allow Link to see the locations of all seven of the Submarines found in the Great Sea.
