When Link talks to Claree in Enchanted, she mentions "At the moment, customers who buy one piece of clothing from us will receive an exclusive gift." The sets of clothing she offers are the Stealth Set and Radiant Set, and buying one piece of either reveals the "exclusive gift" to be the Sheikah Fabric, a grey-blue and red piece of paraglider fabric bearing a creme Sheikah icon.
It can be applied to Link's paraglider by Sayge at the Kochi Dye Shop for 20 rupees.
