Tarry Town Music
Is it just me or does the terry town music change when you invite someone new to it? Lord of Speed (talk) 02:37, January 7, 2018 (UTC)
Clarifying the Notes section with the Hylian Homeowner matter.
Hylian Homeowner requires the following steps to take place
- Purchase home from Bolson;
- Send Hudson to Tarrey Town;
- Buy all the displays, installations and exterior options.
During the completion of this last step, Link can complete From the Ground Up, which requires Bolson and Karson to go to Tarrey Town. This can be done regardless of whether Hylian Homeowner has been completed.
Once From the Ground Up is complete, Bolson and Karson stay at Tarrey Town permanently unless Link prompts them to return to Hateno. There are two reasons to send them back to Hateno:
- Go back to Hateno, since their homes are there (which is optional); or
- Go back to Hateno to complete Hylian Homeowner because Link still has stuff for them to build at his house.
Both options make Bolson and Karson stay at Link's front yard permanently, but if Hylian Homeowner is completed before one sends them to Tarrey Town in the first place, then there's no reason to call them back to Hateno, since they have no business with Link anymore with nothing to build at his home. Clarifying the Notes section with the weather in Tarrey Town
As I detailed in the edit, Akkala is one of the rainiest locations in the whole game. It's categorically false that Tarrey Town is sunny 100% of the time, and there are absolutely no conditions in the game for this to be the case.
The intention of adding the note is that if one starts the wedding by approaching Hudson, regardless of the weather, or whether it's day or night, the wedding cutscene takes place during the day under sunny conditions.
Because of the lack of space in the edit note, I neglected to mention that aside from Gerudo Town, Goron City is also not subject to weather.
Weather conditions in towns are restricted to more stable conditions compared to outside:
- In Tarrey Town, Hateno Village, Rito Village, Lurelin Village and in temperate weather located stables, it rains, but there's no thunderstorms; the only thunderstorm that happens in one of these stables is in the Lakeside Stable because it has an axe that attracts lightning on top of it; when Link walks into the villages and stables, thunderstorms are literally reduced to rain.
- In the stable located in Tabantha, the cold damage is lesser than outside it;
- In Gerudo Town and the Kara Kara Bazaar, there's no heat damage compared to the Gerudo Desert; the same goes for cold damage during the night;
- In Goron City, fire damage is lesser than outside it.
Hope this makes it clear. Weather happens.

Have you ever been to Tarrey Town? The weather is consistently sunny. Go to Dah Hesho when it's rain or thunderstorm and glide to Tarrey Town; the weather will clear up upon reaching the town. It IS always sunny. Your first bullet point you appear to have confused Tarrey Town with Kakariko Village, which can have rain (the only condition that makes Pikango wear his umbrella hat and Koko enter Shuteye Inn). Death Mountain and Goron City share a temperature they requires level 1 resistance. The temperature is only different past the Bridge of Eldin and in the Abandoned North Mine, where level 2 is required. The weather does not change in Tarrey Town.
