Type

The Zappy Shipwreck is a Side Quest in Echoes of Wisdom.

Overview

After completing the Still Missing quest, Zelda can return to Seesyde Village. There is an man on top of the roof at the northwest side of town. He was working on his ship, but has since abandoned it as there is an electric enemy on board. He mentions that Zelda can pry open the hatch and enter the ship. This leads to the Wrecked Ship mini-dungeon. After battling with the boss Bori, Zelda will earn a Piece of Heart and then a Fairy Bottle from the man at Seesyde Village.

Requirements

Walkthrough

  • Speak to the man at the northwest side of Seesyde Village to begin the quest.
  • Swim to the southwest end of Zora Cove to find the Wrecked Ship.
  • Use a Water Block to climb on board.
  • Pull the hatch with Bind and head down the stairs to enter the Wrecked Ship.
  • Break the Wooden Boxes in the first room and head down the stairs.
  • Continue through the next few rooms and then dive down into the water.
  • Navigate the dark underwater area to eventually resurface.
  • Use Echos to climb to the left side of the room, where there is a switch at the top-left corner. Create an Echo of a Table or Old Bed, so it appears on the north side of the gate. Bind to it and slowly move it to the left, where it will serve as a step to get the large statue on it. Bind to the statue and move it to the left. Move to the right and bind again, to keep pulling it to the left. Jump to get it up the step and eventually onto the ground switch, causing the bars to lower.
  • Continue until you encounter the boss of the Wrecked Ship, Bori. Use a projectile Echo, such as a Boomerang Boarblin Lv. 2 to hit the Bari that surround the body of Bori.
  • After all of the Biri have been defeated, Bori will be vulnerable to direct hits. Using Swordfighter Form will deal quick damage.
  • Repeat this process until Bori has been defeated. The boss will leave behind some Rupees and a Piece of Heart.
  • Return to Seesyde Village and speak to the man here to get a Fairy Bottle.
