Sango is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.
Tears of the Kingdom
Sango is part of the Zonai Survey Team and can initially be found at the Foothill Monster Den, along with Drant. The pair are looking into the cave, where Sango mentions that there are monsters holed up, and that the cave is off limits.[1] Drant comments that they were sent to defeat the monsters, but seems worried by their limited gear. He tells Link to pay no mind to their official uniforms, as the two Hylians are wearing nothing except for their underpants.[2]
For Our Princess!

After speaking with Penn at Foothill Stable, this will begin the For Our Princess! quest. When Link returns to the Foothill Monster Den, the two are about to charge in together, but neither of them moves, as both of them are scared of the monsters inside.[3][4]
When Link approaches, they are scared again, mentioning that their research has come to a standstill as they are not geared up at all to deal with any threads.[5][6] Drant comments about Princess Zelda's specific instructions to explore in underpants, but they are simply too scared to do it.[7] Sango suggests that if only somebody could show them how it's done, at which point Link can agree to do so.[8][9]
Link agrees to go and Sango will then hold on to all of Link's clothes and equipment.[10][11] Link can then adventure into the cave, and Drant mentions that Link can just give him a shout to get his equipment back.[12][13]
After defeating the three Bokoblin and Blue Moblin in the cave, Link can return to speak with Drant and Sango, who are surprised that Link survived.[14][15] They are going to tell the team back at Foothill Stable. After returning Link his gear, the pair will leave the cave.[16][17]
After returning to Foothill Stable, Link can speak with the survey team and Sango introduces Link to the group as the person who helped defeat the Occupiers of the Foothill Monster Den.[18] After Lecia mentions to the group that the words they heard from Princess Zelda were wrong and they didn't need to be in just their underpants, Sango wonders if all their work was just a waste of time.[19] This will complete the quest and Sango, along with the rest of the team will put their clothes back on.
