The Bank of Wishes is found east of the Lanayru Tower alongside the path leading to Zora's Domain.

Use Magnesis to lift the ball-and-chain and put it into the well.

Use Magnesis to put the ball into the stump.

Throw a rock in the circle of rocks. Getting some height from the ledge to the left and using Cryonis makes it easier.
