Breath of the Wild

Rainbow Pigeons are present in or around the forests of Hyrule, but are seen very rarely, relative to the Wood Pigeon. Still, a disproportionate number of them can be found around the Seres Scablands. Rainbow pigeons tend to fly away when Link nears. Upon death they drop one or two Raw Bird Thighs.
