A Bushy-Tailed Squirrel is an animal found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Bushy-Tailed Squirrels can be spotted hiding in dense, temperate forests around Hyrule, and can be easily identified by their long, bushy tail. They can be found early on within the Great Plateau, located in the Forest of Spirits. In some areas of the world, Squirrels can be seen picking up Chickaloo Tree Nuts.

When Link moves too close to a squirrel or makes too much noise, it will quickly dart away. Link can defeat the squirrel by shooting it with an Arrow. When defeated, the bushy-tailed squirrel will drop an Acorn.
