Breath of the Wild
Stamm refers to himself as the traveling chef, and he is a traveling merchant who can be found on the road, walking from South Akkala Stable to Tarrey Town.[1] He carries a Soup Ladle and a Pot Lid as a weapon and shield. He will comment on wherever area he is, in particular he'll talk about Lake Akkala, and the quality ingredients that can be found within the lake.[2][3]
Stamm will occasionally give some of his recommendations on food.[4][5][6] He suggests to Link that if he is ever feeling sluggish, he should have some Courser Bee Honey and an Apple.[7] When cooked together, it will create some Energizing Honeyed Apple. Stamm will stop at the South Akkala Stable, sitting down on the ground by the small table before then heading back off to the east, towards Tarrey Town.
Stamm makes an awkward comment that if Link where his son, he'd worry endlessly about his health. Although looking at Link's face, Stamm determines that Link is doing so-so at the moment, but could be doing better.[8]
He sells a variety of goods, of which he says all his ingredients are fresh and top of the line.[9][10] When it is raining, he'll offer up some of his best stuff, including some Goron Spice.[11] If he's on the road, he'll stop and take cover when he can during a storm.[12]

Tears of the Kingdom
In Tears of the Kingdom Stamm can be found at the Dueling Peaks Stable. Stamm talks about a legendary pumpkin called the Master Gourd.[13][14][15] He has heard that the pumpking is powerful enough to defeat any monster, no matter how strong its stomach is. Stamm has gotten wrong information and is actually referring to the Master Sword instead of the Master Gourd.[16]
At 9pm each evening, he'll leave his spot by the Cooking Pot and walk over to watch the performance the Stable Trotters are giving. However, if Link speaks with him, he still has the legendary pumpkin on his mind.[17][18] Stamm remains watching the Stable Trotters until 10pm before heading back and sitting at the Cooking Pot.
