EX Treasure: Garb of Winds is a Side Quest found in Breath of the Wild. It was made available as part of the The Champions' Ballad downloadable content.

Guide

Link can stumble upon Misko's EX Journal 2, found in the Deya Village Ruins. The journal states that the blue garb can be found where the Menoat River is born.[1]

Link can warp over to the Lake Tower, as the Cora Lake to the south represents the start of the Menoat River. At the very far western end of the lake, there is some rapidly moving water. Use Cryonis to create an Ice Block to give Link somewhere to stand. From there, use Magnesis to pull the treasure chest from underwater which contains the Island Lobster Shirt.

The Island Lobster Shirt has a base defense of 1 and it cannot be enhanced. Other than it's cosmetic look, the shirt will give Link some Heat Resistance.
