Appearances
The Adventure of Link
Bago-Bagos are animated skeletal fish that have been resurrected by unholy magic. This enemies steal 10 experience points if they come in contact with Link. There are two variations of Bago-Bago in this game.
Red Bago-Bago
Red Bago-Bago can be found in the Western Hyrule. These undead fish always appear in areas with bridges; they leap out of the water in attempt to bite any living creatures that crosses their path. They also sometimes shoot rocks from their mouths[1]. Link gains 2 experience points for defeating the Red Bago-Bago.
White Bago-Bago
The White Bago-Bagos that found in Great Palace are slightly stronger than their west Hyrulean counterparts. They appear in lava filled areas and will spit fireballs from their mouths instead of rocks. Link gains 5 experience points for defeating the White Bago-Bago.

Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon
In The Wand of Gamelon, Bago-Bagos appear in just one room in the entire game. Found within Reesong Palace, they fly on screen and will simply try to fly into Zelda. Since they have a short, yet wide body, they can be annoying to hit, as Zelda must strike them with a direct hit to the face.
Bago-Bago will continuously spawn in the room and fly towards Zelda. If she do happen to defeat one of them, it will leave behind a valuable blue ruby. Unfortunately, Bago-Bago don't travel alone and the room will quickly fill up with other enemies as well, so whenever possible, Zelda must try to avoid these creatures.
