Spekter is character that appears within The Minish Cap. Spekter is a friendly Ghost that can be found in Hyrule Town where he is floating nearby Anju's Henhouse. Spekter serves as a blockade, preventing Minish-sized Link from entering Anju's home. When Link talks to Spekter, the ghost does a poor job of trying to scare Link.[1][2]
Later in the game when Link first travels to the Royal Valley, he will meet with Spekter's sister, Spookter. Link can fuse Kinstones multiple times with Spookter. After the second Blue Kinstone fusion with Spookter, Spekter will leave Hyrule Town, allowing Link to enter Anju's Henhouse.
Name Error
When Link first meets Spookter in the Royal Valley and fuses Kinstones with her, her name is labeled as Spookter. However, the Figurine description of Spookter and Spekter indicates that Spookter wears the blue cap and that Spekter wears the red cap. Thus there is an inconsistency so it is not certain as to which sibling is which.
