Swordfighter Form is an ability learned in Echoes of Wisdom.
Echoes of Wisdom
After Zelda finds the Sword of Might, she will gain the ability to turn into Swordfighter Form. While in this form, Zelda can wield the sword to destroy obstacles in her away, as well as battle with enemies. However, while in swordfighter form, the Energy Gauge will deplete.
In order to restore the Energy Gauge, Zelda will need to find Energy, which can be found floating around within the Still World; or by drinking certain smoothies.
