Blade Brothers

The Blade Brothers are characters in The Minish Cap. They are a group of self-trained swordsmen that have each won the Picori Festival at some point in their lives.[1] They are also brothers.

Each of the brothers lives in their own dojo. If Link trains with any of the Blade Brothers, they will teach him special techniques. After teaching Link a technique, they give him a Tiger Scroll for it. Link is usually required to complete certain tasks, or have certain items to be trained by one of the brothers.

The only Brother that must be visited in order to complete the game is Swiftblade; the rest are completely optional.

Swiftblade the First is the oldest, and is the first brother to win the Picori Festival. He is also deceased, but his spirit still lingers.

Swiftblade the First's dojo can be reached once Link obtains the Pegasus Boots. It is found in the Castor Wilds. He teaches Link the Great Spin Attack,[2] but only if Link has first obtained the other seven Tiger Scrolls.
