The Large Seed Satchel is the final upgrade of the Small Seed Satchel in Skyward Sword. The purpose of this item is to hold 30 extra Deku Seeds for Link's Slingshot, at the cost of a slot in the Adventure Pouch.

To get this item, Link must first upgrade his Small Seed Satchel into a Medium Seed Satchel before further upgrading the Medium Seed Satchel to a Large Seed Satchel.
