The Eightfold Blade is a melee weapon found in Breath of the Wild, Age of Calamity and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
"A single-edged sword traditional to the Sheikah tribe. Forged using ancient technology, it's said to be among the sharpest conventional weapons ever made."
Eightfold Blades have a base power of 15, and can be found in lone locations scattered across Hyrule, for example at one of the peaks at the Pillars of Levia. They are slightly curved, Japanese-style swords with a sharp gut tool at the base of the blade. The cross-guard is circular in design.

"A single-edged sword of the Sheikah tribe. Its small blade, now decayed, is suited for covert actions and yields more powerful sneakstrikes than ordinary blades."
Yiga Footsoldiers now wield a corrupted Eightfold Blade as opposed to their usual Yiga weapons, though their movesets remain the same. Steen also brings one when he goes to clear the Bokoblins from the Ring Ruins with Olkin.
The weapon is decayed, and only has a base power of 6. It provides for more powerful sneakstrike attacks when used.
