The Milk Bar Owner, as his name implies, owns a Milk Bar situated on Mercay Island in Phantom Hourglass. Link comes across the owner in search of the whereabouts of Linebeck. He'll inform the hero that Linebeck had ventured into the Temple of the Ocean King, and has yet to return. After a small conversation, the Milk Bar Owner points out the location of the temple on Link's map, allowing him to jot down its location.
